No Dig (Trenchless) Approach

No Dig (Trenchless) Approach

Trenchless pipe lining is the new solution for fixing piping problems like backups, clogs, and irreversible damage. Plumbers will no longer need to dig large trenches in the yard or driveway to access the points. Instead, trenchless pipe lining serves as a much faster, less invasive method that will save customers money, time, and prevent property damage. Our services include pipe lining for all areas, including under slab pipe lining.

Trenchless Pipe Lining Solutions

Your trenchless pipe lining cost can vary, depending on:

Accessibility of sewer cleanout:

A sewer cleanout is the access point for plumbers to get into your home’s sewer line. If your sewer cleanout is on ground-level, it will be less expensive than if your sewer cleanout is located on the roof.

Equipment needed:

Our plumbers will attempt to unclog your drain using a drain cable machine first. If the clog cannot be cleared using the drain cable machine, we may recommend hydro jetting, which will likely raise the total cost of the project.

Plumbing:

You’ll pay more for better-quality plumbers. With any plumbing work, you want a plumber who’s licensed and experienced, offers strong warranties and has a good reputation.

Pipe Repair & Replacement Methods
How It Works

How It Works

Our pipe bursting process follows these steps:

  • Two access holes are dug at either end of the pipeline designated to be burst.
  • A camera is passed through both access holes to ensure enough space is provided for the bursting equipment.
  • A steel cable is threaded through the old pipeline through the access holes.
  • One end of the cable is attached to a cone-shaped steel bursting head. The new HDPE pipe is attached to the back of the bursting head.
  • The bursting head is pulled through the existing pipe with a powerful hydraulic system, rupturing the old pipe into the surrounding soil and pulling the new pipe behind it.
  • The new section replaces the old one, resulting in a more reliable pipe that is tightly sealed.
